Reservations and Availability

We have several itineraries offering different levels of hiking difficulty. However, due to the fact that the reserve is so large, we also always adventure out and explore new hiking trails. For those who are bold and adventurous, we offer the possibility of going out on your own with a GPS unit, food, a map, and a tent. If you prefer, a guide and a porter can also be arranged to accompany you.

BIRDWATCHING

One of our goals is to create a bird inventory, during the last four months we have been monitoring and recording the birds, we welcome you to discover and help out on our search for different species. The hiking trails allow access to microclimates giving the opportunity to spot different species, which you might want to add to your bird list.  You never know what you might come across

We offer under request, specialized bird guides.

CANYONING

MMCNR's geological conformation provides many routes, ranging from 3-5 hours to as much as 10-12 hours. The canyons offer an intense workout, plenty of adrenaline and non-stop heart pumping action.

ATV's

We mainly use the ATV's to travel around the reserve to monitor and record any changes in the surroundings. However they also can be used on the roads and can provide a great deal of fun. If you wish to rent an ATV please notify us in advance. (Extra charge)
